Capital Management โ Withdraw
1. CAPITAL
By clicking ใCapitalsใon the APP, you will see the Asset page.
All supported cryptocurrencies and available funds are displayed on the capitals page.
By clicking the ใDepositใorใWithdrawใbuttons on the top of the page, you can deposit or withdraw your assets.
By clicking the Transfer, you can transfer your assets to other SwapAll accounts.
*Note: The cryptocurrency which you do not or did not own in your SwapAll account will not be displayed.
2. CAPITAL MANAGEMENT - WITHDRAW
SwapAll currently supports withdraw of USDT OMNI, USDT TRC, SAP, ETP, ETH, AXIS, and SwapAll NFT.
- 1.By clicking ใCapitalsใ, you will see your personal assets;
- 2.Click ใWithdrawsใat the top of the [Capitals] page;
- 3.Choose the cryptocurrency you are intending to withdraw. Then type the withdrawal information including the withdrawal address, the amount to withdraw (displayed is the amount available for withdrawal, all of which can be withdrawn by the one-click transfer-all function), and the transaction password;
- 4.After correctly entering all the information above, click ใGetใto receive your email verification code to your registration email address. You can withdraw your cryptocurrencies only if the correct verification code is entered (please check your junk emails, inbox, subscription, emails, etc.);
- 5.After typing the verification code, click ใWithdrawใ so that a QR code image and a copiable 6 digit google verification code will appear. Use your Google Authenticator APP to either scan the QR code or paste the google verification code inside SwapAllโs corresponding verification code box;
- 6.Your balance will be updated once your deposited cryptocurrency is received. You can also click ใCapitalsใ->ใHistoryใto view your historical deposit operations.
3. NFT-WITHDRAW
- 1.ClickใWithdrawใat the top of the ใCapitalsใpage;
- 2.Choose the NFT as you are intending to withdraw;
- 3.Then fill out all withdrawal information including NFT withdraw wallet address, NFT number, and your trade password;
- 4.After correctly entering all the information above, click ใGetใto receive your email verification code to your registration email address. You can withdraw your cryptocurrencies only if the correct verification code is entered (please check your junk emails, inbox, subscription, emails, etc.).
4. GOOGLE AUTHENTICATOR - FOR WITHDRAW
- 1.After clicking the ใConfirmใbutton for withdrawing, the APP will jump to the [Set Google Verification] page. (Please bind your account with Google Authenticator through clicking [Settings] -> โaccount safetyโ -> โGoogle Validationโ.);
- 2.On theใSet-up Verificationใpage, copy the letter key;
- 3.Go to Google Authenticator APP, click the ใ+ใsign at the top right corner, selectใManual Entryใin the pop-up menu;
- 4.Fill in โSwapAllโ as a name in the ใAccountใinput box and paste the letter key into the [Key] input box. Then click on the ใโใ at the top right corner to confirm;
- 5.Click the required verification code in the Google Authenticator APP to copy;
- 6.Go back to SwapAll APP, paste your verification code from step 5 into the input box and click OK to complete the process.
If you lose your private key of Google Authenticator, please contact customer support to reset it.
