1. SIGN IN

Guide
  1. 1.
    To sign in, click【Sign in】and then enter your sign-up email and your initial login password. After correctly entering everything, click 【Sign in】below to access your account;
  2. 2.
    If you have previously changed your login password, please sign in with your new password;
  3. 3.
    If you forget your login password or failed to log in to your account after several attempts, please click【Retrieve password】below. You will receive a password recovery email the contains your new login password to your registration email address within a few minutes. You might experience a delay of few minutes to receive our email. Please carefully check your junk emails, spam, etc;
*Important Notes: If your login password contains special symbols like “! @ $ %”, please switch to the English keyboard before entering your information to avoid login failure.

2. SETTINGS

  1. 1.
    Click the【Settings】button on the bottom right corner;
  2. 2.
    Click the first option【Invite】to check your unique referral code and the detailed information of your invitation reward;
  3. 3.
    Click the second option【Join Community】to join our SAP community;
  4. 4.
    Click the third option【Account Safety】to check your current Google Authenticator status, change your login password, change your trade password, and reset your trade password;
  5. 5.
    Click the fourth option【Language】to switch the language of APP between English and Simplified Chinese;
  6. 6.
    Click the fifth option【Give feedback】, then fill out and submit a ticket including basic APP using issues, deposit issues, and withdrawal issues;
  7. 7.
    Click the sixth option【Log Out】to log out of your account.

3. ACCOUNT SAFETY

SwapAll strongly recommends that you change your login password and trade password immediately after logging into the APP for the first time.
  1. 1.
    Click【Account Safety】on the【Settings】page of the APP;
  2. 2.
    Then click on which password you would like to change;
  3. 3.
    Passwords only allow 6-30 letters or numbers. Passwords are case-sensitive.
  • *Only symbols of “! @ # $ %” are allowed and the symbols must be entered via English keyboard.
